I believe it will be at least 18 to 24 months before our local real estate market reaches a supply and demand equilibrium. Glad to have had the opportunity to see it. As you know, I've had several transactions with your team. My last purchase is now a rental unit for me, and renting it out has gone pretty well, especially in the currently strong rental market I'm happy to wait out the market for the time being. When do you think we'll start to see a turn around.
